You'll choose a shipping method at checkout, and you'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Delivery time from there depends on the method you selected.
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is missing or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can fix it.
Because every item is custom-made with your church's design, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll get it replaced at no cost to you.
